Antonio – 4 Bedroom Modern Home Plan With Roof Deck
Antonio model is a modern house plan with four bedrooms with roof terrace with a total ground surface of 188 m². Roof table not included.
The roof terrace is 65 m². If considered in the total floor area, this will sum up to 253 m². in all. This modern domestic plan is a design to be detached or with losses on each side and back and front. This would require at least 1.5 meters on both sides, at least 2 meters at the rear and at least 3 meters at the front to comply with the minimum setbacks imposed by the codes of the local building.
The front facade is wider, the depth adapted to the facade of large lots but shorter in a lot. This is an exception because most of the conceptions here in Pinoy Eplans are longer. The combination of 2 to 3 colors consists of the color palette. The dirty white fills most of the walls and the darker color fills the accent walls. Brick materials are also rendered on some of the walls as between accent walls, which gives more definition to this design of the house.
Most windows are framed in aluminum with glass windows. The sliding doors are located at the veranda, the entrance to the garage and the balcony on the second floor.
